Our journey began in 2008, when we first opened our doors under the name SILQ Hotel Bangkok. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bangkok, the hotel quickly became known for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and personalized service, welcoming travelers from around the world.
As the years passed and the world changed, we saw an opportunity to reimagine and elevate the guest experience we offered. During the global Covid-19 pandemic, while travel paused and the world stood still, we embarked on a comprehensive refurbishment and renovation project. It was a time of transformation — not just for our spaces, but for our vision of hospitality.
In early 2022, after extensive upgrades and a fresh new outlook, we proudly rebranded as SQ Boutique Hotel. With a style that’s smart, contemporary, and full of fun touches, our new identity reflects a renewed commitment to offering a boutique experience that’s as memorable as it is welcoming — all while honoring the personalized service that has always been the heart of who we are.
Today, SQ Boutique Hotel stands as a stylish and welcoming retreat for modern travelers — a place where comfort, elegance, and a sense of home come together in the center of Bangkok.
As for SILQ Hotel, it continues to be part of our story. It has since evolved into our sister brand, focusing on the luxury lifestyle segment. In March 2023, we proudly opened the first SILQ Hotel & Residence on Sukhumvit Soi 24, right in the heart of Bangkok — setting a new benchmark for sophisticated living and exceptional service.
